How it works?


After purchasing the DJI Care Enterprise package, the user goes to the DJI website and activates the service by entering the serial number of the device to which the protection is to be assigned.

When an accident happens


The user reports the malfunction and sends the model to DJI's German service center with a note that he has DJI Care Enterprise.

The user gets a repair quote and, based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or by DJI Care Enterprise.

After choosing DJI Care Enterprise, the user pays the fee and gets a new product or new replacement parts.

The replaced product is delivered to the user on a priority basis with free shipping.


DJI Care Enterprise does not cover:

1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.

2) Theft or abandonment of the product.

3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriateatmospheric conditions.

4) Transmitter, additional accessories.

5) Deliberate loss of the drone.

6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.

7) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.

8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Enterprise.

9) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance.

10) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations found in the User's Manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.

11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
