The PM02D power module – perfection in simplicity!


The PM02D HV version is supported by PX4. For Ardupilot, it is supported in version 4.4 and later.

This PM uses a digital I2C signal data output and is not compatible with flight controllers that use an analog PM, such as the Pixhawk 6C and Mini, Pixhawk4 and Mini, Pix32 v5, or Durandal flight controllers.  

The PM02D power module is integral with CubePilot and Ardupilot

The PM02D power module provides regulated power to the Pixhawk® 5X and 6X from the battery, as well as measurements of current and voltage consumption, all through a 6-pin cable. The built-in switching regulator outputs 5.2 V and a maximum of 3 A from LiPo batteries up to 6S (LV) or 12S (HV). The power module is fully assembled, with XT60 connectors and wrapped in heat shrink tubing for protection against physical damage.

It is not intended for powering servos; for this purpose, use the ESC/BEC from your unmanned vehicle. The 2.00 mm pitch Wire-to-Board Molex CLIK-Mate connector is rated for 3.0 A per pin.

The PM02D power module is equipped with XT60 connectors and 14 AWG silicone wires, rated for a continuous current of 30 A and a peak current of 60 A (<1 minute). If you require higher current, the connector type and wire gauge should be appropriately adjusted.
