The VIFLY WhoopStor 3 is a combination battery charger and discharger (for safe battery storage, batteries should be discharged to the nominal voltage on each cell). It has 4 target voltages (3.8V/3.85V/4.2V/4.35V), set the target voltage such as 3.8V (LiPo Storage Voltage), it will start the charging or discharging process automatically when the battery voltage is lower or higher than 3.8V.

Fast charging speed

Multiple power inputs
