Powerful and accurate D89MW

Servo with 32-bit high resolution, ultra-responsive technology and wide voltage operation. It provides solid power in a lightweight package. A powerful coreless motor makes this mini servo stand out in its class.

FEATURES

Fast response, accuracy!

Hitec's new D-series digital servos combine the fast response, accuracy and 4096 steps of the high-resolution HS-8xxx servo series with the programming capabilities of the HS-7xxx servos. In fact, the existing servos far surpass the 32-bit processor and 12-bit ADC. In addition, they offer a "wide voltage" function that allows battery power to be applied over a wide range of voltage ratings from 4.8 to 7.4 volts.

Hitec's new 32-bit processor

combined with a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter that converts the signal from the feedback potentiometer, offers the best servo response ever for RC models. You can also use the versatile DPC-11 PC interface (applicable to all Hitec programmable servos) to tune D-series servos for maximum performance (deflection size, resolution, safety, soft start, etc.) In a wide range of applications.

Hitec's "Wide Voltage" technology

supports all types of receiver batteries with a voltage rating of 4.8-7.4 V. This means you can power servos directly, for example, from four to six NiMH or NiCd, LiFe, LiPo or Li-ion cells - Of course, keep in mind that servo thrust and speed depend on the magnitude of the supply voltage.

The output shaft of the D-series servo

has a standard 25-tooth square (among other things, it allows for more precise adjustment of the lever perpendicular to the servo's longitudinal axis) and uses new levers with a corresponding square (incompatible with older Hitec servos).

Soft start

Protects the servo and rudder control mechanism when the on-board electronics are turned on - when turned on, the servo slowly moves to the neutral position - no sharp jerks. New control algorithm to prevent spontaneous oscillation of the servo in the "sharp" setting of the servo insensitive zone, saving gears and reducing current consumption.

New programmer interface

With the new DPC-11 programmer/USB interface, you can set a range of D-Series servo parameters to perfectly customize the servo for your application. D-series servos have consistently high resolution; Using the "deviation magnitude (EPA)" function, you can set the servo's deviation range up to 180 ° (with a control signal of 0.9-2.1 ms pulse width).

THE PROGRAMMABLE VALUES ARE:

  • restore factory settings
  • width of the insensitivity zone (adjustable in 10 steps)
  • sense of rotation
  • rotation speed
  • neutral
  • soft start
  • deflection size (up to 180 °)
  • enable or disable emergency protection
  • safe deflection setting
  • overload protection (power overload limit 0-50%)

A very powerful micro servo with metal gears with an output shaft mounted on two ball bearings for use in all RC models. Extended supply voltage range of 4.8-8.4 volts. Thanks to its 13 mm box, it is especially suitable for aileron and flap control in RC glider models.
